Homage project to one of my favorite armchairs - “How high the moon” by Shiro Kuramata (1986).

As part of the “Containers” on going series, this limited edition is
using perforated sheet metal in order to creae Moire’ optical effect.
This distort the viewer from different perspetives, and maintain the
essence of the attributed origin’s naked appearance.
The new geometry applied to the object stems from imaginative
thoughts of how Kuramata would design the chair if it was inspired
by the arches of Jaffa.
